We will endeavor to send you a replacement within 3 days, depending on how busy we are at the time.
If you are still not 100% satisfied with the replacement and have a valid reason, we will process a refund. For this we will need your banking details.
Refund payments are processed within 7 days, and are subject to management approval and 3% Payfast fees. (If you did not EFT us initially)
No refunds will be allowed after 30 days of purchase.
